Client

Our client is the European sales office for leading American manufacturers in the field of food service / catering supplies (non-food). The company is based in Belgium.

Tasks

• Develop, implement, and execute the market strategy for the DACH region.
• Manage sales activities and develop a distributor network in the region.
• Manage the key accounts (local and international franchise companies) in the region.
• Have daily hands-on operation within the foodservice market.
• Solution Selling!
• Track your competitors and the market in general.
• Participate in sales shows and customer events.
• Involve in the development of sales and marketing materials.
• Gather feedback from your customers and market intelligence in general, which will be crucial for the company's overall approach to the market.

Requirements

• You have great fun selling and you are passionate about showing your customers the benefits of a good product. That makes you a convincing and committed partner for your customers.
• You are self-motivated and result-driven with a high energy level.
• You have a natural drive and enjoy creating new opportunities for yourself and for the company.
• You apply a structured and straight-forward approach to complex pursuit and projects.
• You have experience in sales and market development in the food service sector.
• You think like an entrepreneur and love to work independently.
• You master your negotiation skills.
• Fluent German. English for communication with headquarters.
